• Geofencing and No-Go Zones: Create custom service zones (geofences) within your city to control where drivers operate. Inside these zones, you can define "no-go areas" — unsafe or hard-to-access regions — and activate/deactivate them with just one click.

• Subscription & Commission Models: Offer drivers two business models:

  • Subscription: Drivers pay a fixed fee for a set period (configured by you) and keep 100% of the delivery earnings. Once the time ends, they are deactivated until they renew their subscription.

  • Commission: Drivers top-up their wallet and pay a commission per ride. The app automatically deducts commission from each trip until the balance reaches zero, at which point they must top-up again to continue receiving ride requests.

• Vehicle Types & Tariffs: Create unlimited vehicle types — such as luxury taxis, economy taxis, moto-taxis, pickups, or trucks — each linked to a specific geofence and with its own pricing. Vehicle types are geo-dependent; different cities require separate setups, even if identical vehicle types are used.

• Driver Management: Assign each driver to a service zone, vehicle type, and working model (subscription or commission). You can suspend/reactivate drivers as needed.

• Mass Notifications: Send push notifications to all users and drivers. Messages are stored in the system until manually deleted.

• Reports: Get detailed daily reports filtered by date range, showing each trip's driver, client, fare, and earnings split.

• User Suspension: Instantly suspend or reactivate users from the admin panel.

• Bidding System: Users request a ride by choosing a vehicle type and receiving an estimated fare. They can accept the estimate or offer a custom price. Nearby drivers receive the request and can accept it or make counteroffers. Users see all bids and choose the preferred one.

• Panic Button: During a trip, users can press a panic button to alert support. The system shows live vehicle location and both driver and passenger details to immediately trigger emergency protocols.

• Cash Payment with Change Notification: When paying in cash, users can enter the bill denomination to help the driver prepare the correct change.

• Bidding System: Drivers can accept or counter customer offers. They also see other drivers’ bids and can update or cancel their offers for the same ride.

• Subscription & Commission Options: Upon registration, drivers choose between working by subscription or commission. Once approved, they must select a plan and make the corresponding payment to start receiving ride requests.

• Wallet: Drivers have access to a wallet where they can track their top-ups, payments, and balance in real-time.
